Due to the COVID19 Pandemic and the challenges it has placed on everyone and everything, we have altered our scholarship process for this school year to allow us to still issue some scholarships without causing financial hardship to the organization and its overall mission in the future.

To execute our mission, we rely on public support via donations and opportunities to serve on our board. Our primary fundraiser has been canceled out of an abundance of caution in regard to health and safety concerns amid the pandemic.

We encourage anyone who is able to assist in any way they can, so we can continue to provide scholarships for deserving seniors from the Westerville area.

The Bowl-A-Thon is a fun and easy way to help the Westerville community. Funds will benefit local students and educators through the issuance of scholarships and grants and the funding of musical performances for classrooms. Through the combined efforts of the Westerville Scholarship Foundation, the Westerville Education Foundation and the Westerville Symphony, the Bowl-A-Thon is one of the largest annual fundraisers benefiting Westerville City Schools.

The Westerville Area Chamber serves more than 697 members representing various business and community interests. For more than 50 years, Chamber members have joined together to enhance the community’s quality of life and the economic, civic and cultural growth of the Westerville Area.  The Chamber initially founded the Westerville Chamber Foundation (now the Westerville Scholarship Foundation) in 1998 with a large donation and Chamber staff has been supporting the mission of the Foundation since.  The Foundation Board acknowledges the Chamber Board, Janet Davis and Matt Lofy for guidance and support.
